I’m a busy working mom of three energetic kids, navigating the wild and wonderful balance between raising a family, pursuing a career, and taking care of myself along the way. Around here, you’ll find a blend of crunchy living (think wholesome foods, natural products, and mindful choices) mixed with the flexibility and convenience that real life demands—because let’s be honest, sometimes a drive-thru or store-bought shortcut is exactly what keeps the day running smoothly.

I’ve settled into a rhythm that feels a lot like the ocean—sometimes calm and intentional, sometimes a little wild and messy, but always moving forward.

I wanted a space to share the things that keep my family healthy, happy, and thriving without making life feel overwhelming. I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle soccer practices, conference calls, meal prep, and bedtime routines while also trying to keep health and wellness a priority. This blog is my way of encouraging other moms (and families) that you don’t have to do it all perfectly—you just need to find what works for you.

  • Eczema tips: I never imagined I’d be writing blog posts about eczema, but we’ve truly been through it with my daughter. It’s been a challenging road—full of trial, error, and learning. If sharing our experience can help even one family navigate this journey, I’ll consider that a win.
  • Healthy, family-friendly recipes: Meals that are nourishing, simple, and kid-approved. I love using whole foods, but I’m not above a shortcut if it keeps everyone fed and happy.
  • Clean living tips: From non-toxic swaps to natural remedies, I’ll share easy, approachable ways to keep your home and lifestyle aligned with your wellness goals.

My Philosophy

Wellness doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.” You can love organic produce and appreciate the occasional frozen pizza. You can chase a sweaty workout and count chasing your toddler as cardio. Living clean, balanced, and joy-filled is about progress, not perfection.

I believe in balance—the kind that feels like walking barefoot along the shore. Some days it’s perfectly smooth sailing, and other days you step on a shell. Either way, it’s about enjoying the journey, making progress over perfection, and savoring the moments that matter most.
