About me
I’m Erin. I’m a working mom of three. My education is in athletic training and health care administration, so health and wellness have always been part of my world. I’ve worked in and played college sports and now work in health care, but honestly, nothing has taught me more about health than motherhood.
What brought me here?
I’ve always loved staying active and eating well, but once I had kids, things got real. Suddenly, I wasn’t just making choices for myself—I was responsible for three little humans who look to me for everything from snacks to life lessons. That’s when I really dove into a non-toxic lifestyle. I started reading labels, swapping out products, and learning how to make healthier choices without spending hours in the kitchen or breaking the bank.
Here’s the thing: I don’t believe healthy living has to be complicated. Between work, kids, and, you know…life, I’ve learned how to find that sweet spot where convenience meets clean living. I use a mix of my health background and everyday mom hacks to make decisions that keep my family healthy while still keeping me sane.
This blog is where I share what’s working for us—quick, kid-approved meals, non-toxic swaps that aren’t crazy expensive, and little lifestyle shifts that make a big difference. Think of it as a place where education meets real life…with plenty of messy moments in between. Because at the end of the day, we’re all just trying to do our best for our families—and maybe even enjoy the process.
